The State Bank of India conducted on-line examination for the very first time, for the recruitment of Clerk, across the country
on the 19th July 2014. Please
find below the analysis of today’s morning session paper.
There were 200 questions in the objective paper,
which had to be answered in 135 minutes. There were four sections in all -
Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language and General Awareness +
Computer Knowledge + Marketing Awareness. There was negative marking of
one-fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question for all the sections.
Overall the
examination was Easy. The questions in Numerical Ability, Reasoning and English
were a bit lengthy but can be solved easily. That’s exactly the point where
results might make a difference. Computer Knowledge, Marketing Awareness and
General Awareness sections were easy.
