RBI Grade B - Pattern
& Syllabus 2014
Dear readers, As you know Reserve Bank of India has recently
announced a notification of RBI Recruitment B Grade Officer 2014 to fill 117
vacancies. RBI is a central bank of India and also known as Banker of
Banks.
Here we are providing you the detail pattern and syllabus of RBI Grade B
Exam.
RBI Grade B Officer Recruitment Selection procedure & Syllabus
Scheme of Selection: Selection will be through Examinations and
Interview.
Date of Written Exam: August 2/3/9/10,
2014.
Examinations will be held in two phase:
1. Phase-I: On Line Exam
(Objective Type) and
2. Phase-II Written Examination (Descriptive type)

Paper consist of:
1. General Awareness – Banking + Economics + Financial Awareness + Current Affairs
2. English Language – Reading Comprehension, Jumbled
Sentences, Fill in the Blanks, Error Spotting, Cloze Test
3. Quantitative Aptitude – Arithmetic + Data Interpretation.
4. Reasoning
(Verbal) - Syllogism + Data
Sufficiency + Miscellaneous + Seating Arrangement/
Puzzle Test + Input Output +Logical Reasoning

2. Phase-II Written Examination (Descriptive Type):
The Phase-II Written Examination (WE) will be conducted in September/ October 2014 (tentative) only for
those candidates who are shortlisted for the same.
Note: The date and time-table will be
intimated to the candidates concerned at the appropriate time.
