SIMPLIFICATION: Solving questions having combination of addition and subtraction
Concept: While solving questions having a combination of addition and subtraction, first add all the numbers with positive signs, and then add all the numbers with negative sign. Finally subtract the negative sign number from the positive number.
E.g.: 5975 + 8542 – 9754 + 9210 – 4823
1. first solve the numbers with positive sign -> 5975 + 8542 + 9210 = 23727 - (a)
2. Now add the numbers with negative sign -> 9754 + 4823 = 14577 - (b)
3. Finally subtract (b) from (a) -> 23727 - 14577 = 9150
Now try to solve these 10 questions as fast as possible (5-10 min)
